Homemade Falafel Recipe

Homemade falafels has always been on my list of vegetarian basics to try making for myself. I always assumed they would be something really hard to make but this recipe couldn’t be easier. Plus it’s made with a lot of simple ingredients that are usually in my pantry. I am going to freeze the rest and have them for my lunches throughout the week. Yahoo!
